There are two reasons causing errors when the NMS server is enabled. One is related with the permission. In Win7,you should open the NMS server as the administrator. Click Installation directory-> pgsql-> data, choose thefolder permission and get all permissions for the current user.
The other is related with the plug-ins. There are two files in the installation -> plugins directory, wherevcredist_ x86_ en.exe supports English network management. Click vcredist_ x86_ en.exe to install it.
NMS supports Win xp, Win 7, winserver 2003, etc. win xp sp3 is recommended. Linux is not supported at present.
